Woven labels made to your artwork, quoted from the factory price.
Straight cut, end fold, Manhattan cut or mitre cut, sewn in or heat sealed to the garment. Send the size, quantity, colours and your artwork, and we quote from the factory price.
One small label, woven directly into every piece you make.
Low minimums, no setup costs and quick delivery make woven labels one of the least expensive ways to brand a garment, bag or accessory. Your artwork is woven into the label itself rather than printed onto it, so the mark holds up to the wash and the years better than a printed tag does.
- No setup or digitizing fees to start a run
- Four named cuts, straight, end fold, Manhattan and mitre, each sewn in or heat sealed depending on the cut
- Woven into the label rather than printed on top, so fine type stays sharp
- Low minimums to open a first order
Pick the cut. We sew it, seal it or laser cut it to your shape.
Every cut changes how the label sits in the seam. Tell us which one you want and how you plan to apply it, sewn in or heat sealed.

Straight Cut
Sewn on all four sides. No folds. Works sewn in or applied by heat seal.
Sew-in or heat seal
End Cut / End Fold
Laser cut to the exact shape of your design. Works sewn in or applied by heat seal.
Sew-in or heat seal
Manhattan Cut
Folded in the middle with the ends sewn into the garment, so a design can run on both sides of the label. Sew-in application.
Sew-in
Mitre Cut
Ends folded under and up, creating a tab that sews straight into the seam. Sew-in application.

The more specific you are, the faster the quote comes back.
Finished size
The finished width and height of the label, plus the shape if it is not a plain rectangle.
Quantity
How many pieces you need. Woven labels are usually ordered against the same run as the product they go into.
Number of colours
How many thread colours your design uses. More colours add detail; fewer keep fine type sharp at small sizes.
Cut and application
Straight, end fold, Manhattan or mitre cut, and whether it is sewn in or applied by heat seal.
Artwork
Vector art (AI, EPS or PDF) if you have it, or a PNG or a clear photo of an existing label to start from.
In-hands date
The date you need the labels in hand so we can work backward to a production schedule.
