The same logo can run as an embroidered patch, a woven patch, a die struck pin or a photo etched pin, or, as here, the same key chain design cast in metal or moulded in PVC. Coverage, thread count, plating and colour separation all change with the construction, which is why a quote starts with your artwork and the job details, not a fixed spec sheet.
- Embroidered patches build the design in stitched thread, best for bold shapes and lettering.
- Woven patches flatten the weave for finer detail and small type.
- Die struck pins and coins stamp the design into metal before enamel or plating goes on.
